The room was huge for Italy. Staff was very nice. Cute little wine bar off to the side of reception was convenient. Ac was good!
Lumpy queen bed was two singles pushed together. Pretty typical but I still was not stoked on it. Blackish mold across ceiling in showers.

It was a very centric hotel right downtown Florence. The service was excellent, we had a very nice welcoming from the staff who helped us with all our needs. There is a fridge in the room and the bathroom is really clean, elevator available, good breakfast. Although we were downtown I dfid not hear any noise. The breakfast was really abundant and a lot of variety was offered. Very nice place to stay downtown, and at a very convenient price.
It was a little bit expensive to park but if you go without a car is excellent choice.

The location was great and fantastic, in the Florence Historic Centre district and very close to a tram station. the daily breakfast was great with pastries and hard boiled eggs, for example.

Eco designed hotel, in the heart of downtown Florence, close to station and walking access to most of the famous visiting cites. The management staff was very nice, courteous and helpful. I favored this hotel in place of others since being environmentally clean.
They need to pay attention in improving the shower area which has a half door. It would have been better rather to replace it by a shower curtain to avoid water spillage. On the roof there were water leakage spots which were clearly visible. This was observed by my wife. Improving these would justify paying Euro120 per night for the stay.

Excellent location close to all sightseeing & shopping places + railway station. Very polite and helpful staff. Clean room.
My double appeared to be very small even for 1 person, I could not open the closet normally because its door was blocked by a bed. Old furniture + I could hear all the sounds from a corridor
